Each charter comes with an experienced crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic non-alcoholic drinks. Certain charters may have different inclusions—for instance, sunset boat rides may include gourmet appetizers, while official charters provide meeting amenities and specialized catering.
When is the ideal time to make a reservation?
To secure your booking, particularly during the high season from May to September, it's advisable to reserve your charter 2 to 3 weeks early. For private events or business gatherings, aim to book 4 to 6 weeks ahead to ensure availability and customization time.
What's the procedure during unsuitable weather conditions?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event that the captain finds weather conditions unsafe, we'll suggest an alternate date or provide a complete refund. We proactively track the weather and will inform you if potential issues arise 24 hours before departure.
Am I permitted to bring my own snacks and refreshments?
Guests may certainly bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Alternatively, we offer premier catering solutions tailored to your tastes. Note that for safety, glass containers cannot be brought on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with physical impairments?
We aim to welcome all guests aboard. Our fleet includes several yachts designed for better accessibility. Reach out to us to discuss specific requirements, and we'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the needed preparations.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice will be fully refunded. Those cancelled between 24 and 72 hours before departure will be refunded 50%. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, with exceptions for unsuitable weather or technical issues on our end.
